This Refund Policy explains exactly when a payment made to Numberless can be refunded and how refunds are handled. It applies to every payment made for Numberless plans, add-ons and AI credits, whichever payment method or payment provider was used.
Refunds at Numberless are decided automatically. Our billing system checks every payment against the rules in this policy and the activity recorded in your workspace after that specific payment. Refund requests are not reviewed by hand, and the same rules apply to every customer.
Not every payment is refundable. Each payment is judged on its own, against the rules for its type, by three conditions. A payment is eligible for a refund only when all three are met:
If any one of these conditions is not met, the payment is not eligible and is not refunded.
The first payment for a Numberless plan (monthly or yearly), including the first payment after a free trial or introductory offer.
A payment of this type can be refunded only during the 24 hours after it was successfully charged, and only as long as none of the following has happened in the workspace since that payment:
Each automatic renewal payment of a monthly or yearly subscription, including the renewal of an add-on such as the X add-on.
A payment of this type can be refunded only during the 24 hours after it was successfully charged, and only as long as none of the following has happened in the workspace since that payment:
Each renewal is judged on its own. Its refund window starts at the exact moment that renewal payment was charged, and only activity that happens after that specific renewal payment counts. Anything you did before the renewal, including during earlier billing periods, never affects whether that renewal can be refunded.
Payments that are not a subscription start or renewal: AI credit top ups (manual and automatic), lifetime plans, add-on purchases and plan change charges.
A payment of this type can be refunded only during the 24 hours after it was successfully charged, and only as long as none of the following has happened in the workspace since that payment:
The refund window for each type of payment is:
The window is measured from the exact time the payment provider confirmed the payment, not from the start of a calendar day. It is shown on each payment in Billing.
A payment is for the use of the Numberless service. Once the paid service has been used after a payment, that payment can no longer be refunded. The activity that counts is set for each payment type, as listed above. In full, it can include:
This activity counts whoever in the workspace performs it: the account owner or any team member. Content that was scheduled before a payment and is published after it counts as publishing after the payment, because the service delivered it after you paid.
The following does not, by itself, make a payment ineligible:
When a payment’s refund window ends and the payment is still eligible, it is refunded automatically; you do not need to ask. This does not apply to a payment whose refund request you withdrew or did not confirm. When the window ends and the payment is not eligible, it stays not eligible. After the window has ended, a payment can no longer be refunded under this policy.
Open Settings › Transaction history, choose the payment and select Request refund. The payment is checked immediately against this policy and the result is shown on the screen straight away.
If the payment is eligible, we email you to confirm your refund. The email explains what the refund means for you, for example that your paid plan ends, and nothing is refunded until you select Yes, continue with my refund (in the email or on the payment). Select Keep my plan to withdraw the request. A request that is not confirmed within 48 hours is closed, and a request you withdraw or do not confirm is not refunded automatically later. If you use the product after asking and before confirming, the payment is checked again when you confirm.
Please request refunds through Numberless as described here, so the refund goes through these steps and is recorded against your workspace.
We email you at each step, once per step:
When a payment is not eligible, you are shown and emailed the specific reason recorded for that payment, for example that a social account was connected after the charge, that content was scheduled after the renewal, or that the refund window ended. The reason in Billing and in the email is always the same recorded decision.
If you believe an automated decision is incorrect, select Dispute this decision on the payment in Billing, or contact Numberless Support through the Contact page. A dispute opens a support ticket with the details of the payment and the decision, and a member of our support team reviews it.
Opening a dispute does not change the refund decision by itself. The decision only changes if the support team concludes that it should.
Our support team can make an exception to the automated decision, and refund a payment that the rules above would not refund, only in these situations once they are confirmed:
To ask for an exception, contact Numberless Support with the payment details. Every exception is recorded against the payment, with the reason. An exception refund is processed in the same way as any other refund, back to the original payment method.
A refund, a cancellation or a plan change never deletes your Numberless data. Your posts, drafts, media, Canva designs, workspace settings, analytics and billing history stay in your workspace. If your plan ends, social accounts above the Free plan’s allowance are paused, not removed, until you subscribe again.
Numberless may update this Refund Policy. Each update is published here as a new version, with the date it takes effect, and applies to payments made from that moment on.
Every payment is always judged by the version of this policy that was in effect when the payment was made, which is recorded with the payment. A later change never changes the refund rules or the decision for a payment made earlier.
Refund Policy version 1, in effect from October 6, 2026.
